    - text<h3 style="text-align: justify;">Product Details</h3> <p style="text-align: justify;">Dielectric cardboard is formed by sheets one on top of the other, in brown. It is easy to ccut and is very resistant and less elastic. It has a density between 1'2 and 1'3 according to thickness.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">It is quite higroscopic and so easily absorbs humidity. Chemically it's fabricated by neuter materials, almost exempt from minerals and free of salts, alcalies and acids.<br />Within it's chsracteristics and uses indicated, it is unsurpassable as an electric insulator. The tension of perforation in sheets, not superior than 2 mm in thicness is 10.000 volts per millimetre of thickness.<br />It's specific or constant dielectric capacity is aproximately equal to transformer oil. Once submerged in oil it has a great resistance to heat.</p> <h3 style="text-align: justify;">Application</h3> <p style="text-align: justify;">In the Electrical Industry it has an infinite number of applications and without the necessity of insulating, also there is not humidity, for example, electrics meters, condensores, radios transformers, enginers, dynamos etc.<br />In the field of appication in the techique of high tension, it is used in the contruction of transformers in plaques of a thickness between 2 to 4 mm. For low tension of 0'5 to 2mm as insulating material in telephone switchboards, collector rings,coils insulation surfaces, assembly material etc.<br />Dielectric cardboard is underformed when it contains air. The pure cells which form it are already an insulator, the air contained between it's fibres increases the insulating effect witch is even better when the material is drier. És fàcil tallar-l'ho, és de gran resistència i en menor escala elàstic. La seva densitat oscil·la entre 1'2 i 1'3 segons espessor.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">És una mica higroscopi i per tant absorbeix fàcilment l'humitat. Químicament està fabricat de materials neutres, estant casi exempt de minerals i lliure de sals, àlcalis i àcids.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Dintre de les seves caracterí1stiques és immillorable com aïllant de l'electricitat. La tensió de perforació en plaques no superiors a un gruix de 2mm es de 10.000 volts.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">En la capacitat específica o constant dielèctrica es aproximadament igual al oli de transformador. Submergit en oli té una gran resistència al calor.</p> <h3 style="text-align: justify;">Aplicacions</h3> <p style="text-align: justify;">En la indústria elèctrica té infinitat d'aplicacions on no sigui necessari un gran aïllament i no existeixi excessiva humitat, per exemple: comptadors elèctrics, condensadors, aparells de radio, transformadors, motors, etc...</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">En el camps d'aplicació en la tècnica d'alta tensió s'utilitza en la construcció de transformadors en plaques de 2 a 4mm de gruix, i per baixa tensió de 0'5 a 2mm com a material aïllant en centrals telefòniques, anell de col·lector, i bobines per aïllament entre capes, etc.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">El cartró Dielèctric és indeformable, contenint aire entre la seva massa. La cel·lulosa pura que el forma és així aïllant. L'aire retingut entre les seves fibres augmenta el efecte aïllant, que és tant major quant més sec sigui el cartró.       - content<h3 style="text-align: justify;">Conocimientos de utilidad.</h3> <p style="text-align: justify;">El cartón dieléctrico está formado por capas superpuestas, de color marrón. Es fácil cortarlo, es de gran resistencia y en menor escala elástico. Su densidad oscila entre 1'2 y 1'3 según espesor.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Es algo higroscópico y por tanto absorbe fácilmente la humedad. Químicamente está fabricado de materiales neutros, estando casi exento de minerales y libres de sales, álcalis y ácidos.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Dentro de sus características y usos indicados es inmejorable como aislante de la electricidad. La tensión de perforación en placas no superiores a un grueso de 2mm es de 10.000 voltios por milímetro de espesor.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">En la capacidad específica o constante dieléctrica es aproximadamente igual al aceite de transformador. Sumergido en aceite tiene una gran resistencia al calor.</p> <h3 style="text-align: justify;">Aplicaciones.</h3> <p style="text-align: justify;">En la industria eléctrica tiene infinidad de aplicaciones donde no sea necesario un gran aislamiento y no exista una humedad excesiva, por ejemplo: contadores eléctricos, condensadores, aparatos de radio, transformadores, motores, dínamos, etc.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Entre los campos de aplicación en la técnica de alta tensión se emplea en la construcción de transformadores en placas de 2 a 4mm de espesor. Para baja tensión de 0'5 a 2 mm como material aislante en centrales telefónicas, anillos de colector, bobinas, para aislamientos entre capas, material de juntas, etc.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">El cartón dieléctrico es indeformable conteniendo aire entre su masa. La celulosa pura que lo forma es en sí aislante ya. El aire mantenido entre sus fibras aumenta el efecto aislante que es tanto mayor cuando más seco esté el material.       - content<h3 style="text-align: justify;">Product Details</h3> <p style="text-align: justify;">Dielectric cardboard is formed by sheets one on top of the other, in brown. It is easy to ccut and is very resistant and less elastic. It has a density between 1'2 and 1'3 according to thickness.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">It is quite higroscopic and so easily absorbs humidity. Chemically it's fabricated by neuter materials, almost exempt from minerals and free of salts, alcalies and acids.<br />Within it's chsracteristics and uses indicated, it is unsurpassable as an electric insulator. The tension of perforation in sheets, not superior than 2 mm in thicness is 10.000 volts per millimetre of thickness.<br />It's specific or constant dielectric capacity is aproximately equal to transformer oil. Once submerged in oil it has a great resistance to heat.</p> <h3 style="text-align: justify;">Application</h3> <p style="text-align: justify;">In the Electrical Industry it has an infinite number of applications and without the necessity of insulating, also there is not humidity, for example, electrics meters, condensores, radios transformers, enginers, dynamos etc.<br />In the field of appication in the techique of high tension, it is used in the contruction of transformers in plaques of a thickness between 2 to 4 mm. For low tension of 0'5 to 2mm as insulating material in telephone switchboards, collector rings,coils insulation surfaces, assembly material etc.<br />Dielectric cardboard is underformed when it contains air. The pure cells which form it are already an insulator, the air contained between it's fibres increases the insulating effect witch is even better when the material is drier.
